order cancellation policy
To cancel an order you have placed with Introbiz, you must contact our customer relations team no later than 24 hours prior to the event. You can do so by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org or calling 02920 291002.
Every effort will be made to accommodate the cancellation of your order. When contacting our customer relations team to cancel an order, please be ready to provide your name, company name and the event you were booked to attend.
Please note that if there’s less than 24 hours before the event, your order can not be cancelled and you’ll be charged the original event fee.
Regarding food events – We require you to cancel within 72 hours of the event otherwise you will be charged the original event fee and not receive a refund.
Cancelling Your Membership
We’re sorry to see you leave the network. If you’d like to terminate your membership after 12 months, we require no less than 1 months’ notice. The membership package fee should be paid in full no less than 3 months in to the annual subscription.
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer any refunds for our products and services. If you are dissatisfied with any of the above, you’re required to contact Introbiz as soon as possible.
All products and services are sold without any guarantee. By making a purchase with Introbiz, you are confirming that you have read and understood our no refunds policy.
Joining the Introbiz network
Our annual corporate membership packages start from £649 + VAT. Please bear in mind that these are company memberships, not personal memberships, so anybody from your organisation can attend our business networking events!
There is an additional business networking meeting fee of £12.00 (including VAT) for Introbiz members and visitors.
Attending the events as a visitor
Yes – you can attend one business networking event meeting for the visitor fee, £12.00 (including VAT). After that, you will have to become an Introbiz member to attend any further business networking event.
Cancellation of networking meeting
Please note that once you have booked a meeting, we require at least 24 hours’ notice of the event date to cancel your attendance, otherwise you will still be liable for the meeting fee (we will have catered for you!). Any less than 24 hours’ notice and you will have to pay for your catering.
Cancellation of membership
An Introbiz membership lasts a year. In the event that you don’t want to renew your annual membership, you must give the Introbiz team a month’s notice, in writing.
