Tracey Smolinski is the founder and managing director of Wales’ leading independent business network, Introbiz. Margaret Carter deems herself ‘Chief Excitement Officer’ at Patchwork Traditional Food Company which is based in Ruthin. The company specialises in producing handmade artisan pate. Over the past 30 years, Margaret has encouraged and supported a mass amount of young professionals who are hopeful of starting out in their desired career. She is passionate about mentoring young people and is an active member of the Prince’s Trust and the Welsh Government’s Dynamo role model scheme and I AM WOMAN.
